Welfare Activities

Our welfare activities to workers and their families include :

	Ante natal clinics.
	Post Natal Clinic.
	Expanded programme of immunization of children.
	Basic amenities for hygienic environment.
	Nutrition.
	Eye Care.
	Disease control, prevention.
	Pre-school education at Day Care Centers.
	Health Awareness Programmes for prevention of diseases inclusive of STD, HIV, AIDS.
	Regular medical examination of factory workers and those employed under risk conditions.
	Regular training programmes to develop skills.
	Provision of uniforms, footwear to factory workers and uniforms and safety
	apparatus to workers working under risk conditions.
	Annual excursions.
	Annual get-together for staff.
	Assistance to all religious and cultural activities by worker community.
	Assistance for sport activities.

	A co-operative society is operative for workers, to provide monitory assistance through loans to eliminate
	the dependency syndrome and encourage saving habits among them.
	We are deeply committed to a well balanced ecological co-existence, towards which we are conscious of preserving
	the sustainability of our natural resources, the water, forest, flora and fauna. We strive to protect them all.
	We adopt reforestation in lands where commercial agricultural activities cannot be undertaken.
